Paraffin and aluminum foil.

This work, in particular, presents at first sight the impetuosity, because nobody knew how the sculpture would end and you do not have a previous model, since the construction of this work was carried out with pieces of aluminum placed on melted paraffin .
This exercise is for me the study material, it was part of tests that I could find the quickest way to melt candles more slowly, otherwise the fire would burn paraffin and lead to the creation of soot, which would provide dirt on the job. The paraffin was the role of "glue" between the pieces and the solid foil, and in the process drops cooled in its natural form.
The work was shaped so that it seemed a "chaos", but organized, as the location where the materials were arranged was chosen accurately, without altering the natural material.
Made in the discipline "Sculpture - Processes and Procedures" listed in the undergraduate Bachelor of Visual Arts.

Parafina e folha de papel alumínio.

Este trabalho, de modo particular, apresenta à primeira vista a impetuosidade, pois não se conhecia a forma que a escultura teria ao final e por não possuir um molde prévio, já que a construção deste trabalho foi realizada com pedaços de alumínio colocados sobre parafina derretida.
Este exercício representa para mim o estudo dos materiais, pois foi partindo de testes que pude descobrir a forma mais rápida de derreter velas de modo mais lento, pois do contrário, o fogo queimaria a parafina e ocasionaria a criação de fuligem, o que acabaria proporcionando sujeira no trabalho. A parafina fazia o papel de “cola” entre os pedaços sólidos e o papel alumínio, e, nesse processo as gotas resfriavam em sua forma natural.
O trabalho foi moldado de forma que parecesse um “caos”, mas organizado, pois o local onde ficavam dispostos os materiais era escolhido de forma precisa, sem alterar a naturalidade do material.
Feito na disciplina "Escultura - Processos e Modalidades" que consta na graduação de bacharelado em Artes Visuais.
